Foreign Investors Net $891 Million Buy in Borsa Istanbul in July

Foreign investors increased their presence in Borsa Istanbul’s Equity Market in July, recording a net purchase of $891.3 million, according to official data.
The monthly report released by Borsa Istanbul showed that foreign banks, brokerage houses, and individual investors carried out a total of $26.58 billion in purchases while executing $25.68 billion in sales.
This activity resulted in a net buying position of $891.29 million for foreign investors during the month.
In total, the trading volume of foreign investors reached $52.26 billion, underlining their continued strong participation in Türkiye’s capital markets.
Additionally, structured products and investment funds were also actively traded. Foreign investors purchased $146.76 million worth of these instruments, while sales amounted to $147.95 million.
This balance highlights the sustained interest of international investors in Türkiye’s financial market, despite cautious movements in specific asset classes.
