Home Sales in Türkiye Soar 20% in Q1 2025

According to the latest data from the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), Türkiye’s housing market showed strong momentum in early 2025, with 335,786 units sold during the January–March period—a 20.1% increase compared to the same period last year.
