Central Bank to Present 2025-II Inflation Report on May 22

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) will hold its Inflation Report 2025-II Briefing Meeting on May 22, 2025, at the CBRT headquarters located in the Istanbul Finance Center.
The event will be conducted in person and is expected to attract economists, market analysts, and media representatives.
The meeting will officially begin at 10:30 a.m., followed by a presentation by CBRT Governor Fatih Karahan at 11:00 a.m., after which he will take questions from participants.
The Inflation Report will provide insights into the Central Bank’s updated macroeconomic forecasts, particularly concerning inflation trajectories, monetary policy guidance, and external sector developments.
This will be Governor Karahan’s second inflation report presentation since taking office, and markets are expected to closely monitor his tone and policy stance amid ongoing disinflation efforts and financial stabilization.
