Turkey’s stock exchange Borsa Istanbul named Korkmaz Enes Ergun its new managing director at its general board meeting. The new appointment came after Hakan Atilla resigned from this post on March 8.
Ergun was serving as the deputy general manager of the stock exchange and has a 24-year-long experience in the sector.
After graduating from Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Science in 1997, he began working at the stock exchange. He later received his master’s degree and Ph.D. Degree from Istanbul’s Marmara University.
