In response to numerous requests by viewers, this episode of Real Turkey Channel focuses on Turkish real estate market. In 2024, double-digit REAL price slump helped elevate sales, but confidence is low and affordability remains a significant problem.  Finally, there is great uncertainty surrounding supply of new units.  Will dolar or REAL prices increase in 2025?

 

The second part of the broadcast focuses  on Turkish stocks, whic have fallen out of favor with EM funds and Turkish retailers. Yet, they are veyr cheap no matter which metric is used.  Will Borsa Istanbul rally in 2025?
