A survey conducted by Matriks Haber across 34 brokerage firms reveals that Turkish Airlines (THYAO) holds the top position among stocks most frequently included in model portfolios.

The airline is featured in 22 brokerage portfolios, making it the most commonly recommended stock.

Brokerage analysts assign:

  • Median upside potential: 40.5%

  • Median target price: TL 453.50

The findings reflect strong institutional conviction in the company’s earnings outlook and sector positioning.


Akbank and Retail Names Follow

In second place is Akbank (AKBNK), included in 20 model portfolios.

For Akbank:

  • Average upside potential: 34.6%

  • Median target price: TL 110.00

Retail names also feature prominently:

  • Migros (MGROS) appears in 17 portfolios

  • BİM (BIMAS) is included in 16 portfolios

  • Turkcell (TCELL) ranks fifth with 15 portfolio inclusions

The survey examined:

  • 73 different stocks

  • 25 sectors

Stocks were ranked based on the number of brokerage houses that included them in their model portfolios.

The top 10 most widely held stocks appear in 10 to 22 portfolios, with average upside potential ranging between 20.8% and 40.7%.

Stocks ranked between 10th and 15th place are represented in 8 to 10 portfolios, with projected upside ranging from 23.6% to as high as 60.3%.
