Ülker Bisküvi, one of Türkiye’s leading food companies, announced its financial results for the first half of 2025, posting ₺51.6 billion in revenue and maintaining a robust 17.8% EBITDA margin. The company highlighted its focus on sustainability and artificial intelligence as central to its growth strategy across domestic and international markets.

Market Leadership with 32 New Products

CEO Özgür Kölükfakı said Ülker continues to lead in Türkiye’s snacking market and in the biscuit segments of Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He noted: “With strong innovation, we launched 32 new products this year, positively impacting our market share.”

Kölükfakı also pointed to the new direct distribution center in Uzbekistan, aiming to reach 30,000 sales points in the region.

Sustainability and AI Transformation

Ülker’s long-term plan includes its 2050 net-zero target. As part of its Biofortification Project, the company enriched wheat with zinc and selenium directly in the field, producing a special Saklıköy biscuit now available in stores.

Artificial intelligence is being integrated across business processes, with projects in sales, marketing, and production using machine learning, optimization, and image processing. “AI enables data-driven decision-making, cost optimization, and operational efficiency,” said Kölükfakı.

At the Gebze plant, 20 autonomous mobile robots now handle raw material and packaging logistics, a practice recently extended to the Ankara facility as well.

Social Responsibility: Inspiring Millions

Ülker also continues its CSR initiatives as the main sponsor of the Turkish National Paralympic Committee. Its “Competing with Heart” video series has shared the inspiring journeys of Paralympic athletes with millions, reinforcing the company’s community impact.
