SPK Approves Capital Increases for Six Companies

The Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (SPK) has approved capital increases for six companies, three of which will proceed with paid issuances, while the remaining three will implement bonus (free) capital increases, according to the SPK’s latest weekly bulletin.

Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları to Raise Capital by ₺4.8 Billion

Among the major decisions, Beşiktaş Futbol Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ was granted permission to raise its capital by ₺4.8 billion through a rights issue, increasing its capital from ₺1.2 billion to ₺6 billion.

Current shareholders will be entitled to purchase 1 TL nominal shares at 2 TL per lot (100 shares). Remaining unsubscribed shares will be offered to the public at a minimum price of 2 TL per share in the primary market.

Katmerciler and Hedef Girişim to Double Paid Capital

Two other companies receiving approval for 100% paid capital increases are:

  • Katmerciler Araç Üstü Ekipman Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ, increasing its capital from ₺1.08 billion to ₺2.15 billion

  • Hedef Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı AŞ, boosting capital from ₺565 million to ₺1.13 billion

Bonus Capital Increases Approved for Suwen, Özsu, and Mackolik

Three companies were also cleared to perform bonus capital increases fully funded from internal resources:

  • Suwen Tekstil Sanayi Pazarlama AŞ will raise its capital from ₺224 million to ₺560 million

  • Özsu Balık Üretim AŞ will double its capital from ₺60 million to ₺120 million

  • Mackolik İnternet Hizmetleri Ticaret AŞ will increase its capital from ₺25 million to ₺100 million
