The bidding process, which lasted over an hour, included a total of 570 bid increments, reflecting strong investor interest.
Starting Price Set at ₺7 Billion by Independent Valuation Report
The auction began with a ₺7 billion starting price, based on a valuation prepared by an independent appraisal firm. The final winning bid of ₺8.01 billion exceeded expectations, marking a significant moment in the TMSF’s asset sale program.
Next Step: Approval from Türkiye’s Competition Authority
With the auction’s first phase now concluded, the result has been submitted to the Turkish Competition Authority. The sale process will be finalized once official approvals are secured, completing the privatization of Bellona Mobilya under TMSF’s oversight.
