Beach Prices Soar in Türkiye’s Top Summer Destinations for 2025

As the 2025 summer season kicks off, private beaches in Türkiye’s most popular vacation spots have launched with record-high prices. In top destinations like Bodrum and Çeşme, entrance fees and spending minimums have increased by up to 300% compared to last year.

While some luxury beaches in Bodrum now charge in euros, Çeşme follows closely with spending limits reaching up to ₺5,500 per person. More moderate pricing remains in Fethiye, Marmaris, and Cunda, but overall, Türkiye’s beach scene is becoming increasingly exclusive.

Bodrum: Entry in Euros Now the Norm

Famous for its upscale atmosphere, Bodrum continues to lead the price charts this summer:

  • Buddha Bar Beach: €225 per person, including entry and minimum spend

  • Maçakızı Beach: €200 per person + 15% service charge

  • Kuum Hotel Beach: ₺4,500 minimum spend per guest

  • Camel Beach: ₺700 entrance fee, considered one of the more affordable options

  • Sarnıç Beach Club: Free entry but ₺2,500 minimum spending

  • Lucca Beach: €100 per person

Çeşme: High-End Spending Requirements Dominate

Known for its trendy beach clubs, Çeşme has introduced a mix of entrance fees and high spending limits:

  • Boheme Beach: No entry fee, but ₺3,500 minimum spend

  • Sole & Mare Beach: ₺1,750 entrance fee per person

  • White Beach: ₺2,000 minimum spending required

  • Biblos Resort Alaçatı: €125 entry fee

  • Fly-Inn Beach: ₺1,500 for standard entry, ₺5,500 for premium packages

  • Om Paparazzi: Weekdays: ₺1,450 minimum spend; Weekends: +₺950 entrance fee

  • Yuzu Beach: ₺3,000 (weekday) and ₺4,000 (weekend) combined entry + spending minimum

Fethiye, Marmaris, and Cunda Offer More Reasonable Options

Compared to Bodrum and Çeşme, other resort towns offer relatively balanced pricing:

  • Vamos Beach (Marmaris): ₺1,200 minimum spend

  • Aida Beach (Marmaris): ₺750 minimum spend

  • Sea Me Beach (Fethiye): ₺1,000 per person, ₺6,000 for a family suite

  • So Beach (Fethiye): ₺1,000 per sunbed

  • Anda Beach (Cunda): ₺750 entrance fee, ₺1,000 during holidays

  • Scala Beach (Cunda): ₺750 including sunbed and parking
